提名时需要提交中英文姓名、提名理由和一张候选人生活照（16:9）。

大众投票，可投70票/人Public voting, upper limit 70 votes per person

禁止提名信息出现任何非法内容、言论不当等行为；

严禁任何作弊行为，系统发现会自动对票数清空。

If you upload information involving others, you'd better get permission in advance;

Prohibit any illegal content, improper speech and other behaviors in nomination information;

Ø 诲人不倦（个人奖×2）Leadership Award (Individual award×2)

作为团队领头人，积极规划团队发展路径，对团队发展负责，助力团队成员成长，鼓舞激发团队潜能，实现挑战性目标。

As a team leader, actively map out the team development path. Take responsibility for the growth of team members, and inspire them to grow into full potential by achieving challenging goals.

Ø 肝胆相照（团队奖/个人奖×1）Partnership Award (Team Award/Individual Award×1)

对于跨部门/团队的需求，能够做到快速且主动响应，善于换位思考，不计较个人得失，乐于成就他人、成就客户。

具备精益意识，不断提升精益生产能力，降本增效成果明显且可量化。

Have awareness of lean improvement and continuously improve operation excellence capabilities. Be able to achieve obvious and quantifiable results in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
